Redundancies being planned in the UK complaints teams! They are planning on offshoring to India and the process is underway but as always it's going on behind peoples backs and they won't tell those affected until the very last minute. Disgusting the way they treat people!
Last layoff they gave 2 weeks pay for each year of service.
What kind of severance will be offered to former BFDS employees?
Why jump ship? Stick around for the severance and get unemployment.,
It is confirmed there is going to be another round of cuts, some people have had a chat with HR, if you can jump ship now, then do so or it will be walk the plank...
What departments? I knew it was on the cards, a lot of jobs going out to India, just wasn't sure when it would happen
