I got laid off on Tuesday from Sperry. Layoffs are happening but in smaller groups than May 4-8 m—acre. FYI cafeteria closed permanently and laid off its entire COMPASS workforce.

Well only 50 mind left of July 6th at Arbroath Manufacturing and not heard a thing. Not sure your source is so reliable. No doubt its coming though
I think they will just lay off those working from home, due to covid 19. They are doing no work anyway.
It is pretty easy to predict. Has the following happened:
- You are not hearing ant good news or the news you hear is just meant to motivate the troops.
- You find yourself just doing busy work that doesn't contribute to the bottom line.
- You aren't busy, you could do what's required in 2-3 hours.
D-day Monday check your emails will be a few shocks if your machines not busy beware and good luck all

My manager told me a 20% reduction seems about right based on the order book and outgoing shipments. She asked us to clear out our desks in advance for the upcoming layoffs. Remember all, you mean nothing to Halliburton so don't count on your many years of service. Good luck all.

So glad to be free of that worry. Catching the lay-off might just be the best thing that ever happens to you.
Our manager usually has a meeting with the team after layoffs to tell us when it has finished . He has not had that meeting with us yet so it leads me to believe we are having another round of layoffs
Lay off are coming this month before the july 20. That's the date of the earnings conference.no need for confirmation it will happen.
I've heard the same thing, from a separate source before the post came out. More layoffs starting on July 6th. But honestly, layoffs have been going on the last few weeks in different areas. I am hearing about Q2 Houston layoffs starting July 6th.
If your information is reliable, why do you need conformation?
