other than this site, is there another place where people are posting about the various nonsense happening here? the posts here and in the Broadcom section are going south...

Broadcom never cares about you. Group rotation?? This would not happen at a real company like Facebook because thousands would leave as they have options.
This is why Broadcom doesn’t hire entry level. They would realize Broadcom is a dead end career, old technology stack older than they been alive. By hiring old and out of options they can’t voluntarily leave on their own. Group rotation is done by a company that doesn’t care. In fact they probably wouldn’t mind if 10% of us quit. No severance has to be paid. I will be leaving soon. I have a verbal offer. Fingers crossed. You can do it too
@1wod+15K1O8YN so true. everyone i know is actively looking, but it's a tough environment unless u you have a real, real specific skill... even in "the special" MF they're waiting for the 5% cut later this year. maybe the 50% back to office will result in collateral damage and help reduce headcount... I now know why my old boss told me Broadcom is ruthless.
Broadcom , especially in the CA Franchise is not a real career. We are all working on dated technology hoping our retirement comes before they outsource us. Everyone on my team spends several hours everyday practicing for interviews. This is a throw away job, the inevitable is already baked in. We just don’t have time to post about it
