Aramco could layoff the entire PMOD and the company would not have lost any contribution to the bottom line except costs saved. PMOD is a worthless organization.

Organizations like PMOD are a waste of time when they are headed up by the lazy, inept locals that are so inbred that cannot function any better than a possum placed in charge of a space shuttle.

Project Management Offices (PMO) and Strategic Management Offices (SMO) can make a large Company run better. When you put a workforce of people in charge of such operations that loath a good work ethic, suffer from moral turpitude, have no job skills nor aptitude for learning; you are just wasting money. PSCM has already dismantled their SMO and now it is time for PMOD to go.
PMOD stands for Project Management Office Department.
