Here’s an honest answer to all DB’s on this site. Per IAM union contract you are paid out at 1.6 X your hourly rate.

If you are IAM there is a 100% chance you have an IQ under 70
If you are SPEEA there is better than a 50% chance you have an IQ under 70
If you are Non-Union then there is still at 25% chance you have an IQ under 70
It depends whether you are SPEEA IAM or Non Union
They cut it in half and pay it out at $40 per hour maximum for union employees.
