This store and the Sears Auto Center are really the only businesses open on the Landmark Mall property, which has been closed since Jan 2017. Seritage owns the Sears, their parking lot and the Auto Center property. Redevelopment plans have been in the works for years, with negotiations between Hughes and Seritage being an important piece of the entire project. I am hopeful this closing is a positive signal that both parties are moving forward with the redevelopment. This is a long time coming for the residents of this city.
