Any chance somebody is willing to share severance details from the latest round of layoffs?

9 weeks and 1 week for every year of service AFTER your last day of employment
$3k upfront then 9 weeks after that it is 1 week for every year or 2 weeks. They match it up to the TMO severance which is different. So if you would have gotten more weeks with TMO that’s what they give you. They max you at 26 weeks
Is it 9 weeks AFTER your last day? Also, is your last day in August, like many of the others?
Oh and they threw in $3000 too
Standard Sprint severance. Just be sure to check the math and read the doc carefully. When asked why they chose me, they didn’t have an answer. Those who worked for Sprint knows that its all about favoritism and who is in the club.
9 weeks right off the bat and 1 week for every year worked.
Just to be prepared...
