Anyone have information on the timeline of when we will be receiving our last paycheck, PTO pay out, severance, and medical payout. I did receive a check on 6/26 but I have no idea if this was from my last pay period or what? My last day was 6/19. I received an official WARN notice after 6/19 dated 6/17. Other than that, no communication.

I was termed on the 19th of June. I have turned in all my IT equipment. I have not received any docusign links., I called HR last Friday and was told that a batch was going out over the weekend and to call back this week. I did call back as I was not part of that batch. Now told another 2 weeks...
I got the docusign yesterday. (On the 7th) It won’t be done until they deposit money tho. I’m in Canada.
There is not enough $ to go around. You may have to wait till Sept. I heard from a reliable source. Nordy leadership has consulted lawyers on this, so they anticipate lawsuits. What would you do now?
The early retirements were processed June 6. They have up to 30 days to take care of us, so I would expect the Docusign to be received shortly before July 18.
News reports today that they have informed landlords that they will only be paying half of the rent until the end of the year. There may be no money for us.
They were quick to get us out the door. We didn’t get a proper notice and now we are all left without any communication. I can’t even log in to see what is going on.
It's really starting to feel like I am being ghosted... losing hope for severance here too. :(

I was given my notice on June 9 that my last day would be June 19. I dropped off my Nordstrom equipment, badge, etc. on June 16. I called HR Service Center a couple of days ago and got absolutely nowhere with the rep. I wasn't even told I'd get edoc via Docusign. This is getting ridiculous that HR is just not following through. I guess I'll just wait and see if the next pay period on 7/10 is the payout they promised (last paycheck, PTO, Healthcare $).

My last day was 6/26 and I'm still waiting for my docusign email but I did see my severance summary was loaded in WorkDay. When your term info is loaded in WD, it'll flow over to the Nordstrom Benefits Portal and you should see your cobra paperwork (if you want to elect cobra). However I'm not sure how quickly they are loading the termination info for the different layoff groups.
I called the HR Service Center yesterday and I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I was told that I was still an active employee and the representative gave me no further information. I have applied for unemployment and I don't know how my "active" status is going to impact that. I have been part of large lay offs before and I've never experienced such a horrible job Nordstrom is doing. It is bad enough to be without a job but it sure adds insult to injury when they just give you 9 days notice and leave you hanging without any kind of communication.
I had to call another store locally and ask their HR Manager, if they had heard anything about our stores payouts. Because of this I discovered that I was still an active employee and that most of the department I worked in had not been paid. According to the HR phone center (I called today )I was finally deemed terminated as of yesterday. They don’t know when I will get my documents via email or even what will be in them. Sadly this is par for the course with the ol’ Nord these days. They give no timeline.
None here either... supposed to be some health insurance assistance in there too but health insurance expired yesterday. Bravo.

I called HR and looks like we are suppose to get edoc via docsign in a day or two for severance and medical...It is very frustrating with no communication at all from HR.
