100% capacity... What did they want for every other company to do the right thing and stay home so only Phillips employees can go to work?...what a surprise...we went back to the office... everyone went back to normal...and now America is so great..ly screwed...such a display of lack of leadership and selfishness, now contributing to Houston's current situation.

Really? It has actually gone just fine. Don't believe the hype and what Lina Hidalgo wants you to believe. P66 has proven going back can be done safely. It is time to reopen the economy fully.
The real work? You are just a place holder until we can replace you with a machine, and an algorithm. Your idea of an advanced economy is moving heavy stuff and watching stuff boil? Yeah that's great, again.
I say we just cut the whole corporate office. All the Houston folks want to do is sit back and collect fat checks (working from home only, of course) while the rest of us are either chasing pipelines or boiling oil, day in and day out, onsite. Poor Houston. Adios, you crybabies!
No concern for the people out in the field who do the real work? Let's worry about the people who work in the heat or air conditioning all year round instead. I hear that break room is so drafty
It's working out great, we are just going to have the virus take out the over 50...
My hope (small one, that is..) is that the company wide survey will bring this employee discontent to light, and hopefully be addressed.
WFH worked just fine, and keeps everyone safe. There really is no need to be back at the office, or at least not full time. That "collaboration and team work" they keep mentioning on the videos as an excuse not to allow WFH does not happen every single day.
So, maybe a few days at the office and a few days at home will be a good compromise.
What's it going to look like in a month?
Yes and now we have cases of corona on campus, just awful.
