Some of the former managers would have had a hard time moving up if they were wearing masks.
Is anyone still around who remembers the good ol’ days when MRO cared whether the peasants lived or died? We were once the most safety conscious company in the industry... now, not so much.
If the entire succession plan is populated by people currently outside the company, the people inside the company are much more expendable. The road to premier Is paved with lower costs - and the behaviors and equipment to keep you safe at work are nothing but costs to be lowered.
There are a lot of good workplace injury attorneys out there who will represent you if your employer negligently or maliciously exposes you to a disease. Some even work on contingency, meaning you only pay them if they win. Google it!
Looks like HR doesn’t want us to know who is being irresponsible and endangering us all. Why take down a request for info? I agree people have a right to medical privacy, but we also have a right to know whether our neighbors are exposing us to a deadly disease.
Forget about masks. People are testing positive for covid that go in to the building everyday and the people working there and going in aren't being notified. This is beyond negligent and not be handled well.
Then again since they laid off many employees, they now have the space in the new building.
LMAO!!! Maybe it’s time for MRO to reconsider the NEW open office aka neighborhood environments....
They should stick with the way it is set up currently in the tower (depending what floor you reside on)
