Thread regarding Resideo Technologies layoffs

Resideo ex employees helping other side of investor class action lawsuits

A lot of whistle blowers. The lawyers that posted on this site asking employees and ex employees to call/email caught a lot of fishes.

The one I participated in filed back in April.

There are laws against retribution against a whistle blower. If they did anything, you would be rich.. : )

I and about 5 current employees I know of are participating and I have heard many MANY more are also. The thought is there is nothing to lose as there is a mass exodus and the layoffs continue unabated.

Should active employees participate in class action, or can it cause issues?

Which case specifically? The one in Minnesota?

LOL...

Gee I wonder why?

I know I touched base with as many of the lawyers as I could and I know of many others who did the same.

This is going to cost them so much money it will make things much much worse if you can imagine.

When do all of these lawsuits commence?
