I think Land as a whole went down hill when TA came aboard, then getting rid of a highly regarded intelligent with an abundant experience on Land Director; to replace him with KH?? Who has no knowledge what so ever in a Land Leadership role, and who still to this day lacks Land knowledge. And she took credit for all the hard work that our previous Director did....really this department has been unfortunately descant to go down HILL from there!
Seriously, who did not think That this would have been an issue???
We all know she feels threatened by the personal of the previous Director, that is way she chose the ones who were laid off. Knowledge is out the door so no one can call her out for being dauntless on Land issues.

I her that EF has drilling planned... which is better than most companies right now.
What about sport coat flat top in EF? Maybe a tad better then bedazzled jeans but not by much.
Indeed, lots of bedazzled jeans in that group!
Got to pay them all that money so he can keep wearing his bedazzled true religion jeans.
Look at the new hires in Oklahoma. One is younger than many of us and has less experience, they hired him on as a grade 12. The other has only broker experience and only Oklahoma experience, they hired him on as a grade 13. We long timers are getting shafted. The only way up is from the outside. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been here or how many MBA or JD degrees you have, they will always value outside talent more than they do us here.
Don’t forget to watch out for Creep of The Year, fast food tumbler.
L Carter is an embarrassment to MRO. She poison to organization. Maybe she knows where the bodies are buried?
Selfish leadership in this department there is.
They don’t pay you land men anything. LOL we petrotechs are making double these numbers.
Grade 11 @ $111,000
G-11 $95ish.
Grade 12 with salary of $135k
What about you? Are we getting screwed? I know of a grade 14 that makes double this.
We still have a few good men, but not many. I guess it’s better here than at CHK.
And that’s why everyone here is either a “yes man” or young and inexperienced.
That's because Land leadership (current and past) has been cowardly when dealing with other groups and has not earned the respect it deserves from them as the business component of the team. The last top-level person who stood up for Land was dismissed because he told it like it was and was replaced with a non-land person because upper management actually believes (mistakenly) that anyone can do land work.
Land is a joke at this company.
That’s what she said.
I haven't seen it for a few days. It stayed up a lot longer than I thought it would.
