Looks like fleshligth has been put on a PIP again... I guess eventually incompetence and throwing people under the bus catches up...His buddy from marketing is already out.

Comfort GM was not able to deliver and focused too much on politics not doing. The cookie jar and looking for "fun" activities did not help. Why do we have those people coming and leaving with a boaoad of $$$
I keep hearing of people put on PIPs in last weeks. Must be the new strategy. Does PIP equal no severance? aka save $$$

It needs to be more than one VPGM let go...they are all garbage and one of the many reason HON dumped this dying company.
Please confirm which VPGM got it or at least let us know the product line.

I bet many would wish that on people that have caused so many lay-offs ....but if HR just say staff reduction it’s not with cause.
Only on grievous documented harm done to the Corp like blatantly stealing $ will they do that..... not that there wasn’t harm done...
anyway, you get the gist.... this is not the same situation as when a VPGM is being told to leave in 5 mins... like recently....
Doesn't getting out on a PIP mean that you can be fired "with cause" meaning that you don't get to collect unemployment?
I heard about tubs in marketing being out....6 years too late. The stain and lurch need to be shown the door with Fleshlight. HDG needs to join that crew on the unemployment line also.
Check out Moobs Linkedin profile. He removed Resideo like he never worked there....smart move considering he helped accelerate the demise. Maybe hes not as dumb as everyone though after all.
