Dig deep and aim high, sell customers the best in class MLE and imaginary graph engine.
To not mention the great idea create lot of confusion between PMs and EMs while one may be enough in most situation (i.e. EM manage Bid, define expected GM than the responsibility of it is on PM!!!). Furthemore Us seems not yet understanding that European countries are not exactly like Us states. (btw I am not a PM, instead I managed country Ps.....)
Teradata is completly different than Oracle Sap and so on. Latest managers(!) did not understood. Tryng to apply wrong strategy(??) mostly in services. Creating lot of "management" and back office position, not investigating the reasons behind many resign and last but not least eliminates country responsibility. To not talk about the great idea of GTM and Commercial. Now the great idea if to fire people starting from bottom instead of top. What a great potential wasted!!!
The all hands was bad enough, the EM call yesterday was far worse!
Also how shocking was it that they edited the all hands recording and left out the Q&A section.....
Anyone knows the numbers in hard hit countries?
All Hands yesterday was condescending BS from DS et al. Never hear so much out of touch disconnected ra ra. No information no detail no idea.
Like the man said in Jurassic Park..."hang on to your butts."
Looks like the strategy is working and Vantage is absolutely maybe the fastest selling product in the history of mankind! Well done team, rising to new highs as one!
All hands was a joke yesterday. DS does not even know what consulting is.
What is happening in DACH region? Are they draining the swamp?
UK team has been hit by significant layoffs. All levels.
Santa Clara layoffs? No way. I haven't heard of this.
Data Science in Santa Clara

As a once-fine company circles the drain...
Are the Nordic Region impacted?
