High Level Executives Need To See The Truth ---- About Waste (Time To Lean Out)

It's sad that the Company Executives are so far removed from seeing the truth about to many layers of Management. Some 1st line,2nd line and Directors work hard and smart and numerous low level Managers barely do anything. Think of the money saved if the ones that come in late and leave early and do nothing for their employees are laid off. The company could really lean out and save some money for things that matter. Other companies are better at dumping the waste. Yes there are also some groups that have 4 people doing a job and they only need 2 to be successful. So many times I have seen people spend a lot of the day playing on their phones the internet doing personal business etc. Great pay for doing not much. It's time for the company to get rid of wasteful Management and employees that don't care. Let's keep employees that are productive. The employees from several years ago had pride in their product whether in the shop or the office. Think about hiring some contractors (retired Boeing employees) or old employees that want the company to be successful. Less people is more > Less people but produce more. Time to wake-up!!

Hi level execs are the main reason the B continues to b problematic, period!
They walk in with a group of friends (hi school click of "yes" boys). They all Look down at the worker bees and walk out with huge lump sums. CLUE: LOOK at their family bloodlines.....They r the ones whom, "pad" the nanny layers of "useful id–ts -aka 1,2nd level mngrs". So that they ALWAYS have options to blame. Did I mention that they always walk away Scott free with a loaded bank account. While others get treated like shyte and whooped daily for thinking. Once you figure out what's really going on, as in the CLUE above, you will realize this goes much further then you imagined.
Now to get too the so called maggots (thier point of view). The hard workers on the floor, busting there asses off for sc-aps, trying to raise a family pay, bills, poisoned with chemicals daily and still get looked down upon- like SHYTE. The birds would NEVER FLY if it wasn't for them.
So what if they look at a phone... They finish the work everyday, put up with arsehole mngmnt or should I say; watched by these 20yr old kiss arse new mngrs that have no clue what or how to build a plane. They only know how to count ... SO to those of u calling out others who might use the phone to check on children bc they are left at home until a parent gets home from work. You are the useful id–ts that everyone looks down at ..I'll bet u never noticed that either. Can't wait to see the look on your face when it finally hits you. I'd b willing to bet that u are still living at home while mommy lays out your clothes everyday. Lemme clue u in on something, your job is to KISS ARSE, THAT'S IT. So get out of the way and let the workers run the place... Then you'd finally become a big boi.

All the executive douchebag people care about is the individual stock value and that's it. Get out while you can because this sh– show of Boeing Commercial Aircraft division is gonna crash and burn.

To many high level executives that don't have a clue about the many loser Managers at Boeing. Numerous great Managers get put on special projects and no longer manage people and the loser Managers who surf the web , come in late, leave early and look at not appropriate things on company time lead. Maybe we need under cover boss to come on site and see the real truth about many leaders who shouldn't be leading.
