What are the potential bonus % for meat and produce dept heads?

While Cstores are “stand alone businesses” and do generate a lot of sales and revenue for the store they are rarely actually profitable to the store or company. Learn something new everyday.
Wine and spirits have the vender do all of the stocking and building displays. I wouldn’t even classify them as a manager.
Wine and spirits? ... stacking wine and liquor bottles? Seriously? Deli? Cutting meat and selling trays catering department sells? I get the sentiment but why not just include all departments then? Most likely because the few that get bonuses bring the most money to the store....honestly if you just start naming off random departments might as well include all managers lol.
I have no idea, but this bonus program should be made available to Deli, C-Store and Wine and Spirits department heads as well. Those 3 departments generate tons of profit for each store. Wine and Spirits and C-Store are almost stand alone business in each store. Those department heads deserve more recognition and credit for the jobs they do.
