As we all know most of the old guardians are gone the the rest are submissive. time to forge a new path. Released from the irons of old school. The direction taken now will be to lead the oil patch in innovative creative and productive ideas in engineering and manufacturing. All while being profitable. If you’re into old ways then you’ll be like a dinosaur extinct.

Mates. Old school is still cooI and has its place. But we must move forward. We have more Cnc people than manual ones. How many still drive with stick shift. How many blockbusters are left. The world moves on. We evolve. We innovate. We need to get with the program or the program will leave us behind. Let’s all get together and go forward. The big 3 as we all know did progress and innovate. They didn’t do it the 1920’s way. Now we’re stuck in nostalgia and stubborn to embrace the future. The three would turn over if they knew we’re stuck in the past. Let’s honor them and help make this company the best.
