Has anyone heard if their SVS request has been accepted?

No bonus no raise no reason to stick around. Loyalty is a two way street. Shell loved their employees when they owned Main Pass and Cognac. Those days are gone and Shell with it. Just glad I can check out with 37n60
You are so lucky to have the choice to go with a package now and more important, to know now what’s next for you. In other countries, no SVS, so we have to wait, while still working like crazy, until reshape is finished in Q4!!! :( :( :(
Is it still 4 weeks/year of service or reduced to 3?
Why are IT SVS requests being rejected?
For P&E, 100 SVS applications; 76 were successful.
My SVS request was REJECTED. IT based in Houston...I'm a bit shocked. I had offered to extend if necessary.

I'm in IG. I was notified this week that my SVS request was accepted. I understand communication period is through July 17 for those who submitted SVS requests in May.
Yet to hear someone that hasn’t been approved, seems like a clean sweep, that doesn’t bode well for those staying behind...

For unconventionals, last day on payroll is Aug 31st for everyone taking voluntary or involuntary, at least for the US. I'm surprised to hear of the Sept 30 date for others, unless that happens to be for Canadians?
Nope the payment cant be deferred til next year sadly, already checked.
What business are y’all in? Also, why were IT SVS applications more scrutinized? IT CIO said IT is still in demand...
@5ust+15EWsnqr My line manager told me in confidence yesterday. He said it was signed off by leadership last week and that I should hear "officially" in the next few days.

Yes! Mine was accepted and I found out today......I am just upset that my last day is Sep 30 and not Aug 31.
Our manager informed us that in P&T only very very few applications were Not approved.... He put number of denials at "couple"
It is good to hear some of the SVS applicants have been approved. Is it possible to defer parts of SVS payment to 2021 to avoid taxes?
These last two months for you are going to be like senior year in high school. Very little pressure/stress ... dips in workload. Enjoy, you earned it!
All they have communicated so far is last day in office will be Aug 31. Last day on payroll could be up to 3 months later is what my manager had to say. HR will send complete details after July 1.
