Aflac has always laid off people. This is just another one. They do it in small batches - about 100 each time. They fire old and new but mostly old. They will hire back a few young but at a reduced salary. They probably will do more like this. Their insurance is a luxury and with 16 million people out of work, they will need to cut costs by 5 to 10 %. If you have about 4,000 employees, that is 200 at 5%. The truth is they can't sell their insurance as easily as before. They fired their best sales people or brought them in house and cut their pay. This did delay firing more people but now even that won't help. They have tried selling the company, no one wants it, even the Japanese made them separate out the US from the Japanese organization. This downsizing will continue until they either find a new product people want or someone buys them. If they do finally get a buyer, that buyer will layoff a ton of employees and ride the company squeezing cash out until they recoup their investment plus profit. Usually companies done like this go out of business shortly thereafter.

black lives, indian lives, white lives do not matter to these people. They now have leprechauns from ireland to fill their slave positions for the immediate future. john amos built the aflac tower in wynnton, an area in columbus known for plantation homes. he wanted to have the tallest structure (his plantation) on the hill overlooking columbus to be the dominate plantation owner. he wore all white suites, had a paddle wheel boat in washington to entertain and many other materialistic objects to show he was the head plantation owner of columbus and the south. he even had a black driver that was willing to go along with his antics to demonstrate his dominance. his name was hiawatha. he even had hiawatha go along with him and play a joke on a distinguished guest at the big eddy club one night where they let the air out of a tire on the limo and hiawatha jumped in the trunk to hide. when ja and his guest came out of the club and saw the flat tire, ja told the guest not to worry. he opened the trunk, hiawatha jumped out, changed the tire and jumped back in the trunk. the guest was amazed! ja told him we all have one of these in the trunk down here. the amos's are bad people, each and every one of them. if you don't agree, you are an id–t! More stories to come! They come from reputable individuals that were placed in a bad position by the family. you can't make this stuff up!
