Thread regarding Conduent layoffs

Job Cuts Friday

Last Friday of the quarter.

The Furloughs are just the warmup.

HRS has a FREEZE in place - no explanation for it either.

Somebody up high knows they are going to get rid of a lot of U.S.A people.

They think by freezing everything for the next 3 weeks that nothing will break.

They don't realize the middle of the night breakers are the offshore people and the U.S.A. workers (the ones they are axing) are the makers/maintainers/fixers.

What A Plan!

They could not even muster another fake Disaster Recovery Drill because they can't even keep the production systems up and running!

Databases down. Phone Systems Down. Websites cranking out errors.

Conduent "Ethical" Management tells U.S.A. workers this: Make sure when (if) you return
from your unpaid furlough that you complete your furlough attestation form certifying that you did not work during the furlough but before you go on furlough, go into the time keeping system and put in fake work hours in advance for your furlough period and while you are at it, make sure you complete your Conduent 2020 Code of Business Conduct Training course.

But don't worry Mr. Skelton is sc-aping by, working from his beachfront home and says the 401k
match might come back.

Conduent: The Company that is as bad as its name.

Pretty clear they pumped the stock price up for the Q2 results as it’s already beginning to tank once again. Smoke and mirrors.
