So far I believe there have been 7 Kmarts and 2 Sears that have been confirmed as closing under the Seritage properties. Does anyone know of the other 3?

Why do you say that? There are closing jobs listed there right now for South Portland.
According to your list South Portland, Maine is not slated to close per the jobs website.
I'm not sure what that list is, but of the stores on it, only Saugus and Alexandria are Seritage properties.

Sears (5): Salinas CA; Saugus MA; Caguas and Carolina PR; Alexandria VA
Kmart (3): Big Bear Lake CA; Bayamon and Mayaguez PR
Palmdale sears
Sears Saugus MA is confirmed to close via phone call to the store, and will shutter in September.
Kmart: also McKinleyville CA and Ramona CA
