Does anyone know why Vena is in commuter today ?

By the end of September UP will be gone from commuter it will be only Metra employees there

I heard Vena is p-ss-d. What happened?
Sad for the employees. When the transition back to metra occurs, word is a big chunk of the employees will be cut. If they even decide to take any at all. Then all these employees will be on unemployment.
Give management 2 weeks off no pay a month it seems to be working let’s keep it going
He went there and saw a lot of employees standing around gossiping and managers were not even on property...so yes jobs will be cut soon
If vena is there, then it is for one reason and one reason only. They dont call him the hachette man for nothing. Where ever he goes, jobs get cut.

Probably gonna cut the boards, and layoff some mechanical. Metra has collected a fare in months. How long can they keep running for free
