Severance is one month salary per year employed at BP with a limit of about 12 months or something. So if the person earned $100k annual and worked at BP for three years, then they would get a severance of about $25k.

I'll rephrase :
At one month per year, what would the severance payout be for a level F in the UK with 10 years experience ?
