What is so great about you guys??? All you are is a bunch of mules. Half the time you guys don’t even help load or move a crate at stores. All you do is sign dockets.

NEW WORK and everyone will be able to work together same corporate stops aren’t gonna turn this place around
Get over the blame game. Both sides have responsibility. Sales gets the new accounts and driver's are the face the customer sees. Both have to do their job to succeed. I know because I'm on one side and am smart enough to know the other side is just important. Get over yourselves and start being team players. We may have had mo–ns up top but divisions that worked together were and still are successful division
Driver are a bunch of gimps. I personally know a few who could care less if leaky crates are delivered to schools or hospitals. And you wonder how places get listeria and ecoli outbreaks?
Just imagine what the trailers look like on the insides?
Lazy and inept.
And that is true about company meals.
Drivers are first in line and will personally lick a whole pizza so no one else will touch it.
Part of the reason that company failed was because of lost accounts and no new business brought in. Im tired of these sales jackasses saying wah wah wah I'm away from my family. Screw you. Do your jobs and nobody would say a word.
SALES is number 1 above all because we are the ones away from our families on a nightly basis fighting stiff competition and pressure to lock up accounts to keep a paycheck in your pockets.
Without me. There would be no jugs to fill or cheese to curd up to package.
DRIVERS want all the credit and to be the highest paid because they feel entitled. They feel entitled to get a whole pizza or 8 piece chicken basket to themselves or 2 ribeye steaks at company meals as well.
Well guess what??? DRIVERS are just a delivery boy. Nothing more. You are 7th in line for pecking order.

This coming from a failed salesman you know if you would just put NEW WORK on then this wouldn’t be a problem
I have worked with drivers multiple times...hardest part of their day was stuffing the food I put on my card down their throats
Awww another butt hurt sales piece of c-ap. I've seen this over and over through the years. Deans after 2001 kept hiring tools who would toss Engles salad short term but wouldn't look towards the future
“Walgreens execs” that’s classic!
Walgreens executives aren’t worried about who supplies their milk. They have a buyer for dairy and every other category genius. Nice try with your middle school education logic.
Also same plant. We had 5000 cases a day for Walgreens in the midwest. The walgreens sales department and Howie dean had a close personal relationship. Solid customer. Huge money maker. In comes a new crop of new sales id–ts who were gods gift to the industry and blew the whole deal up. Walgreens execs were quoted as saying anyone no matter how bad the deal was is getting the business from deans. I know other deans plants continued with Walgreens but this was upper midwest-chicago.
This is priceless. So a few years ago the plant I worked at got a "huge"account, sales people and corporate were just blowing each up with praise for getting this business. It was supposed to be a game changer. It was Target, and the deal was target could order any amount of any product with no limits. They only paid for what they sold. It was nothing for a single target to order 200 cases a day. However about 50+ cases were returned unsold everyday. Needless to say we took it hard, although not the only reason but that plant is now closed. Great job setting up that deal.
Must be nice to drive a forklift around in a cooler and load trucks with broken crates and in no apparent order, while drivers are out in 100* weather making relationships with customers, then have to explain why all the product not there cause guys in the cooler cant load sh– right
Must be nice to sit in your truck and troll while cooler rats load your trucks.
Yes a typical driver is gonna blame you the company lost 35% of there work it’s your job as a salesman to make the company money so that means either get that 35% back or get new business
Typical driver...blame everyone else so it looks like you are actually doing something
I smell bs get some new work then you can impress me slapping the same private labels on the same accounts we have is nothing
Lack of sales??? Just remember who is away from home 3 nights a week out on the road next time you are watching private labels getting slapped on your jugs in the blowmold.
Without my services. You would be a stock boy.
You probably were fired for lack of sales c-nt
This guy is clearly some disgruntled driver that never went to college and complains about sales..go back to school.
Remember when your parents said “stay in school?” They said that so you wouldn’t be on a lay-off site in your middle age complaining about your life cause you sling crates
Sales all they do is dip there hand in the same corporate accounts why don’t you get off your butts and actually sell milk
I agree. Never see a driver help out whatsoever. Only time they get out of a truck is to swing the doors open and shut and sign papers.
You will ALWAYS see them in break room early and first in line for company meals ready to fill their fat gut with chicken or pizza.
Sales
What is so great about you guys??? All you are is a bunch of liars. You never sell anything. All you do is create expenses and brag about how the business depends on you but can't name a significant new customer any of you have brought in in years.
