I think I’m getting laid off today. I just have a feeling. Layoffs are never good, especially when you bust your a$$ for something and it isn’t even recognized by anyone. But raises for executives I’m sure. Wow, this once bustling company of nearly 2,800 hard working Americans down to less than 900. Mr. Way, I hope you don’t forget that bullet point on your resume. Or you can summarize it in three words: “Corporate fraud expert”.

Pleasantly surprised that I haven’t been laid off yet. I’ve literally done zero work this week. It’s nice to get a paycheck and have to do nothing for it. Should make for a nice weekend. Going to the mall and a few restaurants and stuff.

Yes. A few in NE let go. More on Wednesday. Last few on Thursday due to vacation schedules.

Today was apparently the day (again) for someone to totally take the men’s room out of commission on the 5th floor! Not cool! People are so filthy and they just think someone else is going to clean up their $$$it! Tired of it!
It will be by the end of the month. Comms I have seen indicate a last minute online emergency BOD meeting the only topic you guessed it layoffs. way wanted 10 percent and BOD wanted 25 percent. Comprised at 20 percent on condition it is done by end of 2nd quarter. Something else is brewing also behind layoffs like sweeping management changes or merger or both.
