Will this place ever invest in it's employees? Just a dead end job. We will provide tuition reimbursement but only to the c-appy online schools.

If I worked at CDK and wanted to attend Xavier or University of Cincinnati for a relevant degree, would CDK reimburse it?
@1Ephs+15AV01NQ OP is a brainless mo–n, so it is hard to tell what he/she/it is complaining about.
@Gyhm+15AV01NQ explains in partial detail what is also on tap, and is still in place.
@1Dmjv+15AV01NQ
Then what is OP complaining about?
@1Dpeo+15AV01NQ No, they did not.
Did they stop reimbursing for brick and mortar schools? If so, when?
You're joking, right? You have free access to all of LinkedIn Learning's catalog, free AS/BS-track college courses (and who cares about the school as long as it is properly accredited), a massive pile of in-house training from the Intranet site, paid time off to take training if its relevant to the job description.
If you were expecting a free ride to a state Uni, well, good luck with that.
Maybe you should leave and open up that job slot to someone who can feed their family with it and won't whine about the benefits that few other companies are even keeping around due to COVID?
What the heck is this kid talking about?
They have all
Kinds of continuing educations
I’m sorry but CDK cannot teach you what you need bro!
With that c-appy attitude, why SHOULD the company invest in you? You sound like a petulant child who expects to get whatever you want, whenever you want. Grow up. And while you're at it, leave the company and take your c-appy attitude with you.
Survey says: No.
