I am getting an offer for Sr. IT engg from Franklin in US.
I read at multiple forums that Franklin outsources your jobs at low cost locations (Poland / India)
I am confused if I should accept and join FT.. plz recommend.

Sad to hear 8% cuts and that too during covid pandemic.
Any idea if who was impacted? Hope the severance pay is better.
Highly likely there will be more rounds of layoffs as the company slowly outsources nearly all US labor to India and Poland. It would be a huge risk to work at this company unless you stay for 1 or 2 years max. I have been there 20 years and they are systematically shifting all white collar labor overseas.
I would not accept - they just laid off 8% of their staff
I'd go for it. We still have a plenty of onshore positions.
