Do you kick your kids out the door for doing a great job with no severance. That’s a great way to treat dedicated good producing employees. Typical corporate money grab - what pay cut did the executives take - 0 right. If you need to cut staff then get rid of the non producers and make a space for people who have been great employees for years. At least rodney has got a 21% + raise this year. That makes it right.
I am just tired of kroger following the competition. Not leading with innovation. That just shows poor leadership.

I kicked my kids out at 18 and the ingrates never paid me back a dime. In fact, they keep on asking for more money. Damn sense of unearned entitlement is what's wrong with whiny brats these days.
