Has any laid off employee actually received their cobra benefits package? They said it would be within three weeks of the layoff date but mine has an arrived yet so I have no idea how to go for it when it comes to doctors visits and what not. Ask HR will not return phone calls or emails.

One week of pay per year of service—fairly standard in the industry.
The D-Arse who asked that question about what the package looked like is a troll. If you actually worked here you’d know. Get a life dude.
Tell us your salary and how long you’ve been at marathon and we can tell you what your package will look like. Or you can search for the Termination Allowance Plan on the Wave and figure it out yourself.
What kind of package did everyone get? I feel there will be another round in the coming months and would like to know what happens or what the process was.
So she's not a snake you are saying?
If that is what you assumed after reading the introduction, then you are dumber than you look
I was thinking this post was going to be about the land director being a snake.................
The only cost that Marathon is not covering is for the Limited Healthcare Spending account. If you elect to continue participation in this plan then you have to pay the premium ($85/month for me). I set it up as an automatic payment under the Connect Your Care site.
I got confirmation yesterday that the premium for May had been paid.
@Your name, are you required to pay ANY of the premium out of pocket as previous posters have said they did?
I got mine within 3 weeks, called Connect Your Care and they helped me enroll online. Received a letter dated 5/20/2020 from Connect Your Care stating that Marathon had paid the premium through 12/31/2020; however, when I called Blue Cross it is still not effective. I called Connect yesterday and they are checking into it
The good news is that COBRA is an option guaranteed by federal law. No doubt it is stressful waiting on paperwork, but MRO’s incompetence can’t reduce your options in this matter as it is a legal right.
Same here, I have not received anything regarding cobra.
I have not received mine either. I would be curious to know how it actually reads. Echoing the original poster, I am not getting returned phone calls or emails from ask HR either.
