I called that employee help number. It is free and it is not Sabre employees when you call.

The 1st and 3rd post from the bottom are great tips. Do that but double.
Also, stop reading this forum. Too much hate.
Disconnect from the industry and dream about a bright future. You will have a bright one.
Fix your resume and linkedin profile. You can do better than menke. The future can be bright. Much brighter than your past.
I feel more peaceful when I think that they will bail out a lot of our products and put googles equivalents instead. In a fanfare of great success E2E flows will break eventually and we will eat popcorn watching the transformation burn...
Try not to stress over the things you cannot control.
If you were impacted by the furlough, try to start/keep a routine to keep yourself healthy (both physically and mentally). Get enough sleep! Start a new hobby, walk for an hour each day, take an online course on something that interests you, try new recipes, etc. Keep connected with friends, family and colleagues; don't be afraid to share how you're feeling be it scared, worried, anxious, etc. as there are countless of others feeling the same way. People, for the most part, want to help one another but may not now how which is why it is so important to be honest with those you trust and ask for help and/or support if you need it.
While we all may be hoping for the best (furloughed or not), I think we need to be realistic in that many of us will not have jobs at Sabre in the long term and, as such, need to be updating our resumes and open to other opportunities.
Take care of yourself and all the best!
