Yes, I agree. Don’t go to work for Trane. They do not value their hardworking employees and those at the top are in a good old boys club. Women do not stand a chance at this company. They will lay their employees off at the drop of a hat. Please don’t dedicate your life to this company. They are not loyal or good to their workers.
Ummm the Covid-19 situation they took advantage using it as oh we need to lay off people and furloughing people and they have executives making their huge salaries still . Terrible people hurting families .
