Anyone heard anything for who had bid on these places or is it all a front for the DOJ to say we tried?

Looks like we a have a buyer for Chemung and DePere. SELECT MILK PRODUCERS
We had an appraiser come in to chemung and look around. Hired by Fair Oak Farms last week.
June issue of The Milkweed says that while bids haven't closed yet, Fair Oaks Farms owner Mike McCloskey is the leading bidder so far for Chemung.

Who cares? Close DePere and send all the production elsewhere. Clear reason no one wants that dump is because the labor in inept and garbage.
They should let Gettings go back there and DFA will surely not want it. Give the guy an inch and he will put the Union there. Wouldn’t DFA like that?
Fake news. Read the Department of Justice website on this. DFA had 30 days from May 1 to sell, since noone has purchased yet there are 1 to 2 30 day periods where the government will attempt to find a buyer after which all attempts to sell has been made the plant will go back to Dfa.

And when did you hear this and whats the timeline i work in franklin
Dfa told no for Franklin must find a buyer or shutdown
Got the 401k notification and not at DePere/Chemung/Franklin. Has to do with one of the funds in the plan and not the overall plan. Unless something different happening at DePere/Chemung/Franklin.
We heard there was a bid for Chemung and Depere that is being reviewed. The details are slim at the moment probably due to the sensitivity. 401k is frozen and should be receiving an alert today.
I havent heard anything
Where do you work
