That sounds discriminatory. This may not have a good ending for such a good corporation.
They'll fire a employees who's been there 20 years + and replace them with someone with 5 years or less for a fraction of the salary
In a ship wreck woman and children first.
In a down sizing contractors and last employed out first !
I dunno about contractors but there is virtually no if any hiring going on
