75% - I ignored them for 30+ years and just filled in whatever I thought they wanted to hear.

They are indoctrinated into the Ford way of doing things, Rally, Agile, Dorf, records retention rules, SCRP's, audits, etc. This will enable them to use 50% of their day dealing with bureaucracy.

What training? You learn about the application as you go? If you are talking about learning how to code, write scripts or other basic IT skills then none. It's expected that you have knowledge on what your job requires.
