We got the call last week that all claims operations will be outsourced. Emblem.States that the layoffs will start in November but I don't see them keeping us that long. They are handing out bulk work to clear the inventory. And nothing from the union as of yet. It's work like nothing is going on till you get your termination letter in the mail.
