Sorry for you poor a few that weren’t laid off and the ones who were which I am one I don’t feel bad for you in the least bit but it may be coming, I don’t think it’s over yet.
So how deep did the cuts go?

Problems started ten years ago. Good ol boys ride the wave up and didn't check stupid spending. Whr didn't downsize their brand portfolio or product offerings after the Maytag acquisition. Bought into flailing companies. Current CEO has ties to companies whr buys from.
JennAir looses money on paper, plus all of the thousands of hours other departments put into the brand that isn't accounted for. Top dogs could make one or two decisions that would have saved all the cost needed to avoid layoffs. Covid was just an excuse.
Did not get laid off but job is changing. Was given no information other than my new boss will reach out in the coming days. They continue the uncertainty
Got laid off.
Director read off a script with HR.
Joined recently so 2 month severance, 6K for Cobra payments and a company provided laptop for personal use when job hunting.
anyone know of which departments took the largest hit?

For those that did not accept the early retirement package, bad move. The next round of layoff's begin Monday 6/2920. Whirlpool is circling the drain.
