Offered a severance package for 60 and older last week. This morning weekend shifts were told they have a month left to work. About 60 people work the weekends, they were offered a severance package or try to find a job on a different shift.

Weekend shift has been eliminated as of 6/28/20. Weekday shifts are now working mandatory 12+ hours a week of OT and some are required to work mandatory OT Saturday July 4th.
Way to think things through TTM, all that required OT after letting the weekend shift go. The weekend shift was not paid any benefits, so how much are you really saving?
