Every employee should file a lawsuit in the same Federal court against the company to try and stop the KERP Doesn’t matter that nobody else gets it but the 390 that are carved out to receive it shouldn’t If we are bankrupt nobody should get one Stupid financial decisions by the same id–ts that are receiving these bonuses got us where we are today I imagine 15,000 plus lawsuits should make a statement to the court

Just knowing that people like Hathaway are in line for a fat bonus at the company and workers expense makes me want to throw up.

Crooks! No wonder they all wanted the company to file for bankruptcy. They all knew ahead of time they would get their big fat “bankruptcy bonuses” during the process!!!
Wow. so the KERP got approved... Funny how the execs get a bonus for running this company into the ground, yet there's no money to give customer facing employees hazard pay or even proper PPE.
