It’s important to keep an eye on the future. But that ultimately only matters if you live to see that future. Right now, our cost structure and product offerings outside of trucks are uncompetitive. The frivolous spending should be reigned in while we correct the core business. You can’t ignore the future or the present, but you can balance the two. Though finding the balance is often easier said than done and I fear we’ve leaned too heavily on the future lately
