Of course, they were. It is like bribery money. You didn't see them offer any stock to the employees that had to take pay cuts and/or sacrifice a merit/promotion raise this year. Of course, who wants stock that is so useless?

Check the SEC filings - on 5/22 a bunch of the board members were given stock. SMDH.

Don’t expect anything from the board. You can see their competency by the decision to put PB in place and let the company free fall without doing anything.
