Will severance payouts continue as agreed upon at separation or will they be capped? If capped any recourse for the deficit?

Anyone file paperwork with Prime Clerk for balance of severance or seek legal guidance on any recourse for those not paid in full?
Does thisean future severance packages may not be paid out? LSC Baraboo just got notice of closing and 400 people will get a severance package, but will the severance actually be paid?
Mattoon division capped at $13650.00.
Still in court. 2 more hearings one in July one in August. Hopefully get the rest.
