Any word on call backs ?
From what I was told it’s all pending on the next wave of Covid. If things blow up with lots of cases (It looks like Missouri is going to blow up in the coming weeks!) then we will see how it all plays out for Phase 1.
Altice is all about the bottom line , owners could care less about the American values for family quality of life. (It’s not Cablevision ) they will operate by outsourcing and skeleton crew .
I can tell you that when a customer calls in to customer service over seas they don’t know or understand what you are talking about plus you can’t make out what they are saying.
Direct sales after this covid will now make them dig deeper to save a dime. Does anyone know what’s left in the USA in terms of customer service and
Technical support? Good luck folks all hands on deck, I guess we will find out in a few weeks .

Comcast is already talking about ending their policy of techs not entering homes, other departments working from home and getting back to business as usual. Altice won’t be far behind.
