I think I’m going to get the director position .. just waiting
Ours just threaten supervisors who are overwhelmed and understaffed, gives no support to techs or sups via training, tech support, tools, equipment etc, overwhelm the 1 wharehouse employee left, look foward to and actually get excited when laying people off and give no whatsoever quality or any customer service to the paying customer. Does nothing to help us but only looks to make sure we take our lunch break when we have to complete 9-10 jobs which are rushed through in an 8 hour day with not 1 minute of ot available to finish routes. Theres more managers then techs now

I’ll take it! Work from home everyday send some emails, get on calls, do bare minimum.

Who wants to be treated like garbage, talked down to, work 7 days a week 24 hours a day, disrespected on a daily basis, zero direction and for not even close to the industry AVG pay?!?!
