A&E somehow keeps truckin' along. New wraps on old broken down Sears vans, new techs coming onboard, overseas member service offices extremely competent, timely service calls, no tech call offs sick and no member needs to ever be rescheduled for another month out for a broken refrigerator, parts are readily available for immediate installation, morale is just through the roof, routing system is state of the art, along with the rest of the software currently used by Sears/Kmart/Transformco... Oh, and now A&E is working on Saturdays again. Really. /S

Love the Sarcasm.
So I guess this all just happened like .....yesterday. Lol. Because as of last week things were the opposite of what your portraying. Keep on clicking those ruby red slippers though.
check out 'sears repair' on Twitter. Thousands of complaints from dissatisfied members, a relentless waterfall daily. No other company is like this. It's Eddie's culture, a far cry from the old days when satisfaction was guaranteed. Many manufacturers have already started their own repair services and hired away people because Eddie has completely ruined A&E. He's going to end up selling it for much less than what it used to be worth because of years of neglect.
At least u have gasoline now. Dont complain. Just drive around pretend its the Mystery Machine.
I was a good tech at 8254 when I cared... This was before Mike lambasted me to nothing. Reported to HR and he got away with it every time. You type your wording like a vermonter ... Just sayin
Morale at unit 8254 is the lowest in history. The district manager,T.H. has his head in the sand. There is no focus on employee morale from this guy,he is totally detached from the techs in the field. He is in fear of losing his job so he is much more responsive to his superiors than any lowly tech or manager. Truly a spineless wimp, afraid to think outside of the box.No raises in years, old vans, a routing system that is completely out of touch with reality along with a truck stock system that loads the vans with parts that will never be used along with a shortage of parts that are needed on a daily basis and don't bother asking for parts that you think you need in the van because the computer algorithm says you can't have it. Top that off with a ridiculous push for tech sales instead of training techs to do quality repairs and you have the current state of Service. Good techs are leaving on a regular basis and he seems ok with that. I hope A&E gets sold off and detached from the management crew that is in place ASAP to have any hope of surviving.
A&E will probably be sold off soon.
Sure
