Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Will there be further layoffs in July?

Curious if ADP will have more furloughs or layoffs in July? I guess time will tell.

I have some recommendations for termination if they need some ideas on where to save money!

I have heard from one SVP that the VP layer is being reviewed for trimming. There is still a fair amount of pensioned employees in those ranks that are paid too much and offer very little. I suspect the layoffs are far from over, and if you have been there for more than 10 years you might as well face the music - it is coming for you. Be prepared and best of luck.

Time did tell. Plenty of layoffs.

I believe the layoffs and fake furloughs were already planned back in January with the SEC filing. Covid is just good timing for ADP to use it as the excuse. There will be more of soon because of covid being the real reason.

I’m concerned that we were only 2 months into the pandemic and already saw them, but I suppose a lot of companies were laying off and no longer doing business. If they lay-off we lose business too.

The odds are very high. The vision at ADP is layoff myopic.
