Sounds like Ford AV strategy is all over the place. Not sure where they are going, use cases, etc. All Mobility groups at risk.

Really? Yes, would like a source, as well, as I have an interview with a FSM team this coming Tuesday. Seems strange someone would type this and yet they are hiring internally. Hiring L5 made a point to say the position had funding through the end of the year. Next year, of course, is another story, but it always has been this way as long as I can remember.
I'm sure some programs have been cut in FSM, in fact I know some have been. But name a major business unit that has not had a program cut the last two years.; in fact, the program I am on now is gong thru cuts on the IT side...we lost a lot of agency people, and other Ford people have started to scatter to other programs.
This is normal MO at Ford when times are tough.
It's a long term investment fam
It's not a core businesses. They need to spend wisely, and this activity has produced no earnings for the bottom line.
