It's out of control here. And they are not hiring replacements, at least for now, so we are left with an unmanageable amount of work to finish between us in the limited amount of hours we are given.
And I don't blame anybody for leaving, the way we've been treated during this pandemic is horrible and disrespectful. Not to mention the daily threat to our lives which they don't seem to take seriously.
