Watch out the VP of ALS is surgically ripping apart the core of a once great ALS segment and empowering his useless buddies/ minions. Again another example of people put into position when they are not ready to lead. The blind leading the blind. Classic WFT

It’s said to see how all these great brands ALS once had be torn apart. Once an absolute leader now collapsing in many ways due to weak leadership at the top who never understood it. Maybe once it goes bankrupt some who understands it can take it back over.
A lot of mouth action from this VP, who can be barely understood most of time. But talking won’t get the work done when all the good people are gone. Very uninspired leadership. Weatherford lacks visionary leaders.
The ALS segment has let some really good people go the way of all good assets. Disposed of. If it is true as is often quoted ad nauseum, "What is Weatherford's greatest asset? You are, its people."
As I've pointed out to many, assets are numbers. When you've used all of the asset you can, you get rid of it.
Do they still have someone capable of running any equipment? I believe the competent ones are all gone. Current AL managers always call somebody else when they are asked technical questions, they know nothing about the technology.
Be sure and hire you dumb relatives that no one else will hire then blame the economy when your product line collapses because no one wants your son on location
