Started layoffs in terre haute, IN, Supply Chain today... supposed to be all week. About 30-50 gone just today. This company was a damn joke.

they cut incentives and benefits and still waist money on moving machines 13 feet and they call that lean thinking and for the future. but they still take care of there favorites like letting them hang out in an office then at shift change they get and go run a machine for overtime that others have been cut.
That's an insult to Sailors everywhere!! When we get drunk and spend money like crazy, it's our money that we're spending. If anybody goes broke and suffers, it's us not others.
Aviation as a whole has been spending money like drunken sailors for the past two years. Now the bill is due. So guess what? Now we are "challenged with cost pressures". What does that mean? Layoffs. A lot of layoffs.
