OP is right on the money, she has always been a poor leader, and got advanced ahead. Makes sense.

Just see how much (and by that I mean how little) that she communicates with us all. All of my family members and friends tell me that their CEOs communicate with them quite a bit, as they're going through this crazy time. We hardly hear a peep out of VH, and when we do, it's to deliver more bad news, and blame everything on the industry downturn and covid, never once verbalizing the truth that the APC acquisition has put us in this awful state. Horrible decision maker, horrible communicator, and horrible leader.
